Hello, I have a model 78XX phone.
I answer a call, hit transfer soft key, then dial an extension number and then hang-up. (BLIND XFER) The call doesn't xfer, it goes on hold on the first phone.
it does work if I answer the call,, hit transfer soft key, dial the extension and then hit the transfer key again. Then it will go to the second phone.
is there a way to do a blind xfer without having to hit the transfer key twice?
