WebEx computer app puts call on hold automatically

Hi, My Webex when answer a call , it puts the call on hold , and I cannot resume the call. don't know what to do.

Hi, do you use headphones? I already saw that. Try to remove all devices and try to answer a call again.

If your Headphones put your call on hold : update it, upadate your dongle, and prefer to use a dongle all the time.
