Webex Music on Hold Wav file requirements

Hello all.

I am looking for some clarification on the file requirements. In Control Hub, if I go to Location>Calling>Music on hold source I get this:

If I go anywhere else to add a custom greeting through Calling>Features>Call Queue>Announcements I get this:

This page shows 8 or 16 khz and 8 or 16-bit mono.

Is it possible that the Location>Calling>Music route just has old info in the pop-up?

Seems to be inconsistent, right. Best would be to raise a case so that it can be fixed/made consistent again.

As the help article was updated just some days ago I assume the information there is more current.
