Why Add Personal Conference Meeting option not there in my outlook

You need to install the Webex Scheduler.  You can get this from your personal webex page in downloads or MS add-ins.  This plug-in will also only show up in the meeting scheduling ribbon of outlook where you set the time and date.  When you click on Webex settings you can pick the type of meeting to schedule

There is no Webex Calling specific addon for Outlook as there are no scheduled conferences either.

If you are referring to Webex Meetings and your Personal Meeting Room, make sure you have enabled the Meeting Addin, see https://help.webex.com/nlibscbb/

No, the solution did not help. I think I am missing webex plug-in in my outlook may be that is why i am not able to see it? I dont know.
