Im not a reporting person but i saw that the "Customer Journey Analyzer" (aka reporting for WxCC) offers quite a lot of reporting options.
A customer wants to have a report in the Agent Desktop that shows the status of the other Agents - so far so good, works fine with a custom layout. But he would like to have the other Agents availability status color coded - so agents who are away are shown red, idle yellow, available green and so on. I found some sort of filtering, formatting and conditionals but nothing that actually matches this.
Is this possible at all?
