About Licensing - Device Registration Cisco WebEx

When purchasing a new Cisco WebEx device, do we need to add a device registration license? If so, how can we add the license to Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW), and how does the video device registration license quantity work?

Hi @Yohan1,

Yes, you need device registration license when purchasing a new Cisco WebEx device. In CCW, you have two options to select the device registration license:

1. Select top level part number A-FLEX-3
2. Select top level part number A-FLEX-DEVICE.

Could you please tell me how the license quantity works?

I just want to know that either we need license for just the video device or we need to add additional license to room navigators , codecs & etc

You need license for the device only. No separate license required for codec, room navigator etc.
