I did a factory reset of a Room Kit and, before activating the device with WebEx, i logged in on the web interface and added an admin password.
However, after activating the device with webex, the admin passphrase no longer works and an empty passphrase doesn't work either.
How can i login to my device on its web interface after registering the device with WebEx?

OK so you got the activation key using settings.webex.com I'm guessing? If you don't have admin access, here's what I'd do, factory reset the device, set a password for the admin account, and then go back into settings.webex.com and get a new activation key. But this time, go to the web GUI and click the link on the main page to register to Webex, but make sure that you uncheck the box that disables local accounts.

Thanks for the advice.
I have the free Webex account at the moment and i can't seem to access Webex Control Hub ("you are not permitted to access this page"). Or am i looking at the wrong page? https://admin.webex.com/login is correct?
When looking at the various Webex plans, they don't even mention access to the Webex Control Hub among the features. The non-transparency of this whole ecosystem is frankly baffling.

As @PJMack mentioned, when you register to Webex, it takes control over the "admin" account. You will need to go on to the device via Webex Control Hub and then create a separate user account on the device with admin rights which you should then be able to use locally.

when you cloud register a device, it automatically disables any local accounts. You can access the web GUI through Control Hub, and you can re-enable any local accounts once you get in there if you want, or just go in through CH. Here's what you do: Log into Control Hub and navigate to the device in question. Once you're there, you'll see "Local Device Controls", once you click on that it will bring you to the web GUI of the device and log you in. From there you can go to the users and re-enable them if you would like.
