I recently deployed a few RoomKit EQs and are having an issue with the sharing content using the USB-C connection. Using the USB-C cable connected to a laptop, I am able to utilize the cameras and mics in the room that are connected to the Codec EQ, however I am not able to share content from that laptop. Is there a setting in the configuration that needs to be enabled to allow content sharing using the USB-C cable? Sharing content using HDMI works perfectly fine...
I've tried using a Windows laptop and Macbook Pro with same results

Are you using the Cisco-provided USB-C cable? If not, does the USB cable support DisplayPort Alt Mode? Not all cables do.

For those types of distances, I would usually lean towards an active extender, but, if you must use a direct cable, there are some available, such as this one https://www.wyrestorm.com/product/cab-usbc-15/ which supports Alt mode. I'm sure there are plenty of other brand cables around too - a quick google search turned up quite a few.

Using the Wyrestorm worked well per your post. Were you still able to use the onboard camera and mics from the Cisco codec with this cable?
