Has anyone got this working? https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/nvadeve/USB-forwarding:-connect-a-mouse-or-keyboard-to-a-Desk-Pro

I have the Desk Pro hooked up via USB-C to MacBook Air USB-C/Thunderbolt port. I am able to use the Desk Pro as a webcam, but my MacBook is not detecting the Logitech Dongle for the keyboard/mouse. The Desk Pro list it as an attached device.

Do you have USB forwarding turned on? If you don't have access to the web GUI of your device you might need your admin to assist.

"USB forwarding is not available by default: it must be enabled by your Administrator in Control Hub or the device's web interface."

Have you set xConfiguration BYOD HidForwarding Enabled: On as the Note in that help article instructs?
