Deskpro - assign a device configured in MTR to a user

With the October beta release, you can assign a device in MTR to a user.

I have set it up, but I run into the problem that the touch screen on the Microsoft side does not work.

If I can access the webex menu on the right hand side

Please could you be a bit more specific? 
What type of Cisco Device you use, also are you referring to a Touch Navigator (can you specify the SKU)?
