Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows if Unify/ Mitel Openscape IP55G desk phones can be either flashed, changed or modified to be compatible with Webex Calling (MMP) or SIP based Unify/ Mitel Open-scape PBX environment is compatible with Cisco Webex Contact Centre?

Webex Calling supported devices list doesn't include Unify/ Mitel OpenScape IP55G desk phones. The list of supported devices is mentioned in below URL:

Webex Contact Center can be used with any phone system. You need to look at how you are going to integrate it with you Mitel PBX. Below are two options:
1. Use Local Gateway with Webex Calling and Integrate Local Gateway with Mitel PBX
2. Use Webex Contact Center with Cisco provided PSTN.
