Echo in External Table Mic in Cisco RoomKit

Hello everyone,
We just purchased and plugged-in external Cisco Table microphone in Cisco RoomKit device.
After connecting, we performed a trial meeting and attendee informed us that they are getting echo in the meeting.
So kindly help me to apply the settings so that we can remove the echo.

Echo cancellation is built in and enabled by default. The vast majority of the time you'll have echo or feedback in a meeting is because in one of the rooms somebody is connecting audio with their phone or laptop in addition to the Room Kit or other device in the room. Are you sure that wasn't what happened here?
