The Quad Camera has a single full-range driver and dual low-frequency drivers.
If you look closely at the moving image that shows on Cisco Quad Camera for Video Conferencing, you can see one on each side.
Audio only playing from the right may depend on the source of the audio - is it during a call, or content being played to it via a content input on the codec, or how the quad cam is connected to the codec (only via HDMI, or via a 3.5mm audio cable - and is the audio cable a stereo cable, or just a mono cable)? These are some of the things I'd suggest you could look into to see if you can find anything that isn't correct.
