How to download Showtech for CS-ROOM70DG2 / Webex Room 70 device

Hi Cisco people, 
We need a bit of help please.
We need to provide guidance to a partner and customer on how to obtain Showtech data from a CS-ROOM70DG2 / Webex Room 70 device, please. I honestly can't find any guides.

(Device not covered for service = can't raise TAC case)

you can get the documentation here.  You don't need a login with Cisco.
