We are using the Plantronics Savi W420 headset with Webex Version: 41.2.0.17979 .
This headset used to work perfectly with Jabber but since the upgrade to Webex the pickup/end call buttons don't work anymore
Anyway we can fix this? I've already tried installing the plantronics software hub but this didn't help.... Otherwise the headsets work well but the buttons are not recognized by webex!

I have the exact same problem with a W710 (W700 series) headset. The Webex app's answer and end call buttons control the headset ok, but the headset's call control button no longer works to answer or end calls.
