Register a Webex Room Kit without physical access?

Is it possible to register a Webex Room Kit to the cloud via the web interface, ie no physical access to the room?

And without the use of the Webex Device Connector program.

You  can register a device to Cisco Webex using API or device web interface. Please see below article for API and web interface procedures:
