Unable to sign in to webex control hub to register cisco desk

Hi

I got the cisco bundle with Cisco webex Desk. Installing the device ask for 16 digit activation code. That require I need to sign-in to webex control hub and register the device. Using my cisco email address and password, it says unauthorised access.

Control Hub is the admin interface. If Cisco allows employees to generate their own registration codes you can do it from User Hub or the Webex app preferences.
