Wake On Motion - Cisco Room Devices

Hi,

We have 700+ Cisco room devices across our estate. Pretty much all of them have the Wake On Motion Detection setting switched on. However we find the devices wake on motion randomly and don't always wake up when motion is coming from the room. 

I'm wondering is there any best practices for this? We have the people presence setting switched on too.

Standby delay is set to 120 across all our devices and we do have Appspace digital signage switched on. 

Any help or suggestions to making this more reliable, would be greatly appreciated.

This has always been hit or miss for me.  I do find that shadows, rooms with glass, lighting issues might be more prone to issues.  This feature also relies on ultrasound so poor microphone placement could be part of it too.  The older devices (DX/SX) are prone to issues with this and is almost better to turn it off.
