I have displayed several 7821 MPP phones with Webex Calling.
Some of these have DID numbers assigned as well as four digit extensions and these display the DID number on the top line of the display between the time on the left and the date on the right.
Other 7821 phones do not have DID numbers installed - just four digit extensions. In this case a seemingly random string of ten alphanumeric characters is displayed where the other phones display their allocated DID.
The customer wants this meaningless text removed or customized to display something useful. I cannot find anything in the documentation or on the Control Hub that allows me to do this - is it possible?
