about the Recorded webex meeting

When the meeting was held at the same time as the recording, the speaker's appearance and shared content were normally transmitted.

When I opened the recorded file after the meeting, the shared content was recorded normally.

However, the speaker's appearance was recorded with only the image that appeared when the camera was turned off.

 Have you ever experienced such a problem?

Thanks for posting your question here in the Webex Community. Have you checked your recording preferences? I have never used the Focused content when content is being shared or the Blank option when nothing is being shared, and you should check to make sure that is not the recording preference you have set currently. You can edit your recording preferences as seen in the screenshot below.
