The current organization's Webex version is December-2023.
After the update, there is no option to auto accept control access requests.
Moreover, the method in which the participant clicks on the control request and the sharer accepts it in the pop-up window is very easy to fail, and it often appears that the remote control request cannot be completed.
Usually, the sharer needs to click to assign control rights to specific participants before it can be used normally.
However, this operation can only be assigned to one person at a time, which is extremely inconvenient.

Cisco product management doesn’t monitor the support forums.
Was your meeting site converted to the newer Webex suite meeting platform? That’s the only thing I can imaging causing these changes.
You need to separate software bugs from feature gaps. The former - such as a control request failing if the user does something slightly out of order - should be a TAC case to get a defect ID filed so it can be fixed. Feature gaps on the other hand can be discussed with your Webex CSM. If they materially affect your use cases the CSM may be able to revert your site to the legacy platform temporarily. They may also be able to discuss roadmap, although this quickly veers into NDA territory. Otherwise you can share feedback on the Aha site as @jrsteele21 suggested.
