Hello guys,
we silently removed Webex Meetings from a lot of our Windows 10 clients with the Webex Removal Tool. When we check the start menu and programs & features in the control panel nothing left, BUT in Outlook the Ribbon still exists.
For sure we could tell the users to right-click on the ribbon > choose 'customize the ribbon' > and remove Cisco Webex from the view, but we are looking for a user-friendly/silent solution.
Do you know a) why the Ribbon still exists and b) a solution to completely remove the program from the computers?
Thanks
Simon

That add on is not removed by the removal tool. It removes Webex Productivity tools. What you have in your screenshot is Webex Scheduler. This gets installed from the Microsoft store. There should be ways that you can define to not have this installed from this store. Advise you to reach out to your Azure admins on this.

Thank you for your help. My colleagues checked the Azure Portal and disabled the Add-In.

If you remove the Webex Scheduler from the clients they would not have any option in Outlook to schedule Webex meetings as you already have removed the Productivity Tool.
