.webex did not convert to .mp4 automatically

Hello, I need help to figure out how to convert my .webex meeting recording to .mp4. I shut down my computer right after ending the meeting so the conversion did not take place and now I cannot access the content of my recording. 

I can't use the NBRConverter because it only works for .arf files. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The solution proposed by kevinmu0206 works like a charm.
