Hi Webex community,

We recently replaced our old Cisco Touch T10 with a new one. However, we're encountering difficulties logging into the admin. Webex panel using the correct email and password. The specific error message is shown in the attached image.

We've already tried clearing the cache and using a private browser, but the problem persists. We're unsure which device is authorized for access to the admin. Webex page.

How can we determine which device is authorized to access the admin Webex panel

Also am i using the correct way to pair it because when we connect the panel to the 2 or 3 port via poe it doesn't pair at all

Devices don't usually login to the admin portal (admin.webex.com) @jawadaq.  You should have designated admins in your organization that login and can then help to enroll new devices.  This does depend on your organization's licensing though.  If you're still having problems, please provide additional information regarding how our organization is licensed and how you're trying to enroll the new device.
