How to share PPT slide deck AND presenter view slide notes

What is the best way for a presenter to share a PPT slide deck and also view their PPT notes?  This with one screen.

Hi Anthony - There is a way to do this without a second screen, but there are some limitations if you have animation or if you are using video conference devices to join the session... I created a quick doc to show you how.
