WLC SW 8.3.140- Failed Banner download

Hello all,

I try to download a banner on the drivers with sw version: 8.3.140:  In first step appears the message INICIALLYZATING, after  only Failed  message appears.
It is the same Banner that we have in other drivers with version 7.x. What's going on? How can I discover the error?

i would recommand to chnage the SW version on WLC. Either go with 8.2.166.0 or 8.5.120.0
