Default Web Auth Formatting

So ... is there any way to apply some just basic formating to the text on the default page?  Not looking for anything fancy, just to at least be able to have it show up as 2 or 3 paragraphs instead of taking everything and putting it onto one big text block.

I understand there is a customizable option requiring a download.  I'll I want is to have a couple of paragraphs of text using an edited default page rather than having all my text in one big block.  I assume from your reply that this is not do-able?
