I have 2 Cisco 2504 model: AIR-CT2504-K9, Both currently running AIR-CT2500-K9-8-0-121-0.aes. My APs are model AIR-CAP1702I-A-K9. I need to upgrade to AIR-CT2500-K9-8-0-152-0.aes on My 2504s due to the WPA2 issue and I cannot add any new APs due to the -B domain issue. My question is, will upgrading to the new IOS affect my older APs in any way? or am I safe to go ahead and upgrade

If the "old models" are the 1700, then it's fully supported when the controller is running 8.2.X.X (which supports -B).

Thank you for the info. I thought I would start with the next available IOS that emedies my issue, then work my way up. Our company wireless is pretty old and never maintained properly. If it went down, even though it has nothing to do with our production environment. People would cry and whine they cannot get on with their phones and stuff.
