After a quick search, since your product is an internet service provider (ISP) supported product. In other words you need to contact your ISP or technology reseller that you purchased this from to help you with your question.
Not wanting you to go away with nothing, you might check out these three links to see if there is something available that would help with your question.

Hi Eric,
Melita is the ISP of these modems and we are entitled for direct support from Cisco.
Can someone please assist.
