Intermittent connection drops

Hello -

I'm currently helping a small business out with some troubleshooting. They are complaining of intermittent connections drops, where their internet connection seems to just drop and reconnect seconds later. I can't see to track down what the issue is, at first I thought it was the WAP as within the firmware release notes for 1.2.1.3 was "Wireless Clients disassociate intermittently". They have a RV130W and WAP371, can anyone think of something I can check out? Watching for a few hours this is all I've seen in the logs:

Try disabling (setting to "Not Required") MFP in the Network Settings (need to click "Show Details" next to the VAP No / Network on the WAP371 as I found that could trigger my wireless clients to struggle to reconnect / stay connected.

The errors appear to show some issue with your DHCP server supplying an invalid response, can you try an alternative DHCP server?

For the setting regarding MFP, that does not seem to be in use. See attached image.

Also, after enabling full logging I started to see the following:

Your image indicates it is set to "Capable" which means some devices will negotiate it if they think they can do it. Try it with "Not Required" (changing the settings will disconnect currently connected users from the WiFi however).

Android Nexus devices in particular had a horrible bug where they would claim to support it and then not... that was my first experience with MFP breaking my Wireless.

Understood, I will make that change and report back tomorrow the results they had. Your help is much appreciated.

Those changes do not appear to have helped, as they are still experiencing intermittent drops..
