This gotta be the worst technical support I ever had... tell me to post it one place, then to another.. fucking bullshit cisco service, coming to thisnsite for help has just gave me more of a headache... bunch of dummies

Well Mr. Gaul, to be fair... EA3500 is not a Cisco small business product nor an IOS product. Also, Cisco forums are for community posts. This is a form of service but it is mostly community driven. No one on this website will assist you for this product except to help you get to the right place... but I feel people would be less inclined since you're name calling.

If you want to be the one person standing in the middle of the room yelling to everyone they are dummies, you may want to assess the situation. First, you're standing in the wrong room. Secondly, you're calling the wrong crowd dummies.
