Hi,
In our office we have 2 WAP4410N for our clients and guests to have free wifi.
Every day or two it seems that noone can connect to the WAPs and they have to be unplugged and plugged back in to start working again. Ive read alot of other people having the same issue since 2009 but have not seen any new posts since later 2012 and didnt find any solutions to fix this problem. All i read was Cisco Reps saying submit a ticket but none gave any solutions to the problem.
This is my current configuration.
Am i configuring it wrong or are the WAPs just poorly made/ designed? Also if anyone knows how to fix this issue permanently please reply to this post since it has been driving me crazy.
Also i have contacted the Technical Support Team but there response to me after asking me for every piece of information that they could was that since our WAPs were purchased a some time ago they are currently out of warranty and would not be able to provide me any technical support for my issue. Thanks Tech Support for your outstanding help.

Hi Chris, thank you for using our forum, my name is Johnnatan I am part of the Small business Support community. I apologize for your issue you are having, in this case I didn´t see something wrong in your configuration, but I think it sounds like interference issues. In this link you will see some advises to improve your wireless signal, https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-29821. You can test different combinations in order to find the better configuration for you. I hope you find this answer useful,
