RV215W No 40Mhz channel?

I installed one RV215W (fw 1.3.0.8) router in my company and after configuring it I realized that It never uses the secondary wireless channel even with 20/40 Mhz is selected in Wireless->Basic Settings-> Wireless band Selection, using WPA with AES encryption, and 802.11 only selected. Tried auto and manual channel selection also.

I tried forcing the N transmission Rate between 65/135 and 130/270 mbps with no luck, even worst because no devices can connect.

Using WiFi Analyzer in my mobile phone I can see only one channel being used.

All my devices are capable 150 Mbps / 300 Mpbs capable and successfully tested with different routers and access points from other vendors.

Any suggestions?

Funny thing is that I can't register using my corporate email because its already registered on Cisco Support Communities.
