Hi,
I have a question about my cisco wap121. I did a change in the configuration of the VLAN ID management of my AP and after I did the change the AP is disconnected and can not connect to it again.
Anyone can help me about it.
Thank You.

My name Eric Moyers. I am an Engineer in the Small Business Support Center.
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.
When you change the management VLAN on the WAP that means only devices in that new VLAN ID will be able to manage the device.
What did you change it to? Also what is the management ID for the rest of your network? Can you please provide a brief overview of your network topology? Have you tried to factory reset and reconfigure.
Look forward to hearing your answers.

I'd agree to Eric. Also, try resetting to factory defaults.
