Setup my WAP321 this morning. Unplugged network cable. Walked across the street, plugged in for deployment, dead. Tried POE from switch, from injector and even plugged power cord in, nada. How do I get it serviced? We just bought it 1.5 months ago.

Hello,
I know this is a late reply but still.
If you are still looking to get your WAP replaced give us a call at the SBSC and we can get an RMA processed.
Just let us know you already attempted with PoE, an injector and a power adapter, the engineer will ask.
