Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience you are facing. I hope you are using the same ‘Part Number’ for all three WAP371 devices, and tried with latest firmware 1.3.0.7 on those devices; if not, then please cross-verify the same.
Please open a service request with us, accordingly we can investigate further on this issue by collecting the log, support information, packet capture and configuration files from the mentioned devices. You may follow the below mentioned link to contact us…

Hi, I can't even open a case without Pay ID Subscription... Not nice Cisco, not nice.

Reading multiple posts online, I found other people got the same error.
And then, a user posted this: "So documentation should add not only that cluster works between same AP models ... but also not having any other old Cisco model bothering on same network"
So... can I have different clusters in the same network and same subnet?
Ad example:
6 WAP321 cluster name "A"
4 WAP371 cluster name "B"
and 5 WAP371 cluster name "C"
If not, it isn't expressly indicated in the whitelist.

Hi,
To open a service request with Cisco Small Business support center you need to have a CCO ID (you can generate that from cisco.com, ‘Create an account’ option) and the device serial number, accordingly you can contact our frontline numbers and they will help you to create the service request.

And regarding your other query, you may refer the admin guide where it is mentioned as follows…
“Single Point Setup allows the management of more than one cluster in the same subnet or network; however, they are managed as single independent entities.”
