Interface Dot11Radio0, Station 00c0.49d7.7afc Associated KEY_MGMT[NONE]

Packet to client 00c0.49d7.7afc reached max retries, removing the client

Interface Dot11Radio0, Deauthenticating Station 00c0.49d7.7afc Reason: Previous authentication no longer valid

but after a while 2min or more it reconnects, could the reconnec-time or time-out time be changed if so how ?

Hello,

This is a standard message when a client leaves the BBS or logs off without sending a disconnect to the AP. Basically the APs thinks the client is still out there and sends packets to the client and after trying so many times the AP gives up on sending any packets to that client.

If you network is congested or if there is alot of latency occurring, you can increase the 'Max. Data Retries:' as this will allow for longer period of non communication between the AP and client before the AP dis-associates the client.

This setting is found under the 'Radio0-802.1x Interface' GUI page and then select the SETTINGS tab at the top of the page.

Regards,

Aaron
