1142 Autonomous AP - CPU utilisation 100% but working fine? Think its an aesthetic bug?

I have a couple of 1142 AP's running autonomous IOS (latest 15.3(3)JBB).  They are showing 100% CPU constantly, although I can't see what process is causing it:

There is nothing special in the configuration - two SSID's mapped to two VLANs. One SSID open with MAC authentication to a RADIUS server, the other WPA2/AES with RADIUS EAP.

Clients are working fine and I don't think there is a 'real' issue and that this is probably an aesthetic bug.  I have had the same behaviour with the last three releases of IOS.

Any suggestions?

Post the output to the command "sh proc cpu sort | ex  0.00".

Another thing, if you can console into an AP that is reporting 100% CPU utilization, then it's indicative of a "cosmetic bug".

Yes I can console into the APs.

They always show 100% - they never change.

It is odd its been like this in all 15.3 IOS releases?

That looks like a bug, alright.

With CPU of 100% you won't be able to console into anything.
