The only way I can figure out how to change the time/date on 1231ap's is through telnet/console. Any way to do so through the web interface?

no.
actually a lot of system related commands have to be done through CLI

Thanks. Is there a published list of commands in a Cisco publication? I'm aware of the command using the CLI but would find it handy to have a hard copy.

Hi Dave,
I beleive you can change the Time and Date via the Web Interface, navigate to Services--NTP. There you will find a section named "Time Settings".
Also, here is a link to the Commands;
Cisco IOS Commands for Access Points and Bridges
Hope this helps!
