1852AP Controller Cant change DHCP to static

I can view all my 1852 ap's but cannot change their IP through the controller AP. 

I click "Wireless Settings" "Access Points" "paper&pencil(edit)" 

I change dhcp to static

change the ip, and gateway.

click apply and it takes me to login screen.

 I login and it still has the same ip address.

Try upgrading the firmware of the AP.  I remembered seeing a bug that sounded like this.
