350 Eth Bridge talking to 340 Workgroup Bridge?

we have a centrally located 350 ethernet bridge that I am trying to connect to from a 340 eorkgroup bridge.

The association is happening and also the WEP but I cannot ping past each unit. I can ping from one unit to the other but not to a device on their local LAN.

I thought there was an issue with STP but not sure.

In another scenario we have a 340 EBridge with 350 WBridge which talk fine.
