3502E Downgrade to just released 3502 Autonomous software?

Hello. I downloaded the newly released 3502 autonomous image from cisco. I am having problems loading this image to the 3502e via tftp. i have tried both the mode button load and the tftp load and i am having no luck getting either way to load. I have done a 3502i with the 1260 image and i really want to use the new supported image from cisco. any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the steps you take for upgrade? the commands you use...etc?

when you used the mode button method, what did appear on the console screen?
