After setting the Default Gateway to No (255.255.255.255) distribution of AP-Configuration-Data is no longer possible.
The other AP is on the same subnet.
Bug, feature or did I miss something?

What's it's subnet mask?

The subnet mask is 255.255.255.192 on both APs
with Ip-Ap1 l.m.n.11
and ip-Ap2 l.m.n.12
