Looks like the 3700 data sheet has been removed from cisco.com and replaced with EOL notice!
Copy of the data sheet at https://www.4gon.co.uk/documents/cisco_aironet_3700_datasheet.pdf

3800 at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/aironet-3800-series-access-points/datasheet-c78-741682.html#Warrantyinformation

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/warranty-listing.html

You will need to phone and make clear that you're making a warranty hardware replacement claim under these terms and reference these URLs if the person you're speaking to claims to know nothing about it.

ps. note "LifetimeContingent that original end user continues to own or use the product." so they might ask you to prove you're the original owner who purchased the product.

Starting with 2700/3700, all APs purchased automatically comes with Cisco Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty.
No need to purchase any SmartNet contract.  If the APs are faulty, log an RMA with TAC.

Hi Leo,

Thanks.. Can u share any related Cisco URL so that we can reach out to Cisco AM and get the RMA replacement. Not able to raise TAC as it says not under any contract.

Read the Data Sheet for the 3700 and 3800 carefully.  Each Data Sheet has a Warranty section.  Read it.
