Hi all,
Can I use WebEx teams using a 4G mobile Hotspot? 20 users. 30mbps download speed. 12mbps upload.

Connection wise, it's gonna work; the overall session quality depends on more factors, not just bandwidth. However, if those numbers are real, you're gonna be good. Here's some BW reference for a webex session:
