5508 to 9800 - Predownload Ap image

How do you predownload the AP image from a 5508 to 9800 ?

I've made the 9800 the secondary controller but the primary image doesn't update.

WLC 5508 what version running

what is the version WLC 9800 running now

what AP model you have in environment, what version they are running.

You really can’t because it’s a different image. Just move the AP’s over and it comes up pretty fast.
