all 10 of my ap's registered for a few days then I reboot 2 switches and
5 of my ap's got ip address from another dhcp pool not mine?

Check the switch port config. It must be assigned to different vlan.
Correct it and try again.

Hi ,
You might also need to check if these APs were in Flexconnect mode. If yes, please check the native VLAN on the uplink switchport. There are chances (as others mentioned) that the switchport config has changed after a reboot.
