7920 problem after firmware upgrade (1.07)

I made a firmware upgrade from 1.05 to 1.07 on the 7920 IP Phone. After that the phone don't turn on. When I try turn on the phone appears to me the CISCO logo, but after that the phone return to turn off operation mode.

Is there a sequence commands to turn on the equipment or I need to open a RMA???

There was a bug before 1.06 that the firmware could possibly become corrupt where the phone would then not be able to complete the boot process. You will need to RMA this phone.

Thank you. I have 20 7920 Ip Phone. What can I do in this case to upgrade the 19 7920 remaining? Do you think upgrade before to 1.06 and after migrate to 1.07?

I would just suggest not to reset them all at once. This bug also isn't guaranteed to happen either.
