Try out Airsnort. It runs on Linux as a free project (GNU I think), and mite have bin ported to Windows.
Check it out here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/airsnort

This program appears to be usefull, but there is no support for Cisco cards. Does anyone know if will at least see Cisco access points or other brands?

Netstumbler will see any AP regardless of brand, as long as the SSID is being broadcast. To run a thorough security scan of your own site (looking for rogue access points) you will need a wireless sniffer.
