Hi
Is there any document that shows that WLC 9800-40 support wifi-6 and 6G band!
I cant find that document

Depends on the AP and the firmware of the WLC.
6 Ghz support starts with 17.12.X.
AP support for 6 Ghz are the following: 9136, 9162, 9164 & 9166.

Just to clarify - full 6GHz (WiFi 6E) support was in fact actually introduced in 17.9.x IOS-XE. (9136 specifically in 17.7.1)
@Moudar you can clearly see this in the release notes:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/9800/17-9/release-notes/rn-17-9-9800.html#interop
And numerous 6GHz references in the What's New sections.
The WLC data sheet may not be up to date but 6E support is a function of the AP hardware and the IOS-XE software + the AP-COS software on the APs delivered by IOS-XE, so focus on the components which matter which are fully documented. Note that 6E is not immediately available in every country so refer to the release notes and config guide for which countries are/are not supported in each release.

I wonder why it says only Wi-Fi 5!

I'm guessing that is some vendor listing it for sale? Cisco would have no control over the info they list. Here is the current datasheet, but hasn't been updated since October 2022 it does list Wave1/2 AX.

maybe it is time to upgrade the datasheet!

Every Cisco page has a feedback option. Whenever you spot an error (there are plenty everywhere in Cisco data sheets and documentation - inevitable with thousands of pages to maintain) use the feedback option to report it. If, and how quickly, things get fixed depends on the team and BU involved.

- As stated by others , properties and capabilities of the APs modelsnused are the most important parameters here look at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/compatibility/matrix/compatibility-matrix.html
And foremost look at the datasheets of the APs that you intend to use!
